Office Administrator (fulltime) 

Job purpose
To manage the day-to-day activities of the Vastint Hospitality office in Amsterdam and ensure the management has adequate administrative support.

Principal accountabilities
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management and the other staff
Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Supporting bookkeeping procedures
Creating and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Tracking stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assisting management and colleagues whenever necessary
Managing HR administration and maintaining employee files
Maintaining the office in good condition and arranging necessary repairs
Coordinating all IT related issues
Liaising with building manager and facility managers, including cleaning and catering
Liaising with the marketing manager and maintaining the website and intranet
Planning in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations, team building activities and business dinners

Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with office management procedures
Fluent English and excellent written English are essential
