Today, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the construction site of Business Garden Wrocław, marking the commencement of the project’s first phase. This is the third and largest office complex being constructed by Vastint Poland under the Business Garden brand. The investor plans to commision the first three office buildings with a leasable area of 37,000 m2 at the end of 2016.

The business park will be created at Legnicka Street, near the Magnolia shopping and entertainment centre and Mikołajów railway station, close to the centre of Wrocław. The first three buildings will be constructed on the part of the plot next to Jaworska Street.

The entire complex will comprise eight office and retail buildings and a hotel, which together with the surrounding garden will be located on a seven hectare plot. The complex will offer a total of 110,000 m2 of leasable space.

In addition to office buildings, Business Garden will feature a number of auxiliary functions, such as a hotel with a conference centre and retail points including a laundry, bank, post office, medical clinic and kindergarten. In the space between the buildings there will be a garden designed with zones for relaxation or for work, with Wi-Fi. The attractiveness of the project is enhanced by a restaurant pavilion placed in the middle of the vast garden.

The key solutions in the Wrocław complex will create a comfortable and pleasant working environment for tenants. Water and power saving systems, comfort control and carefully selected construction materials meet the environmentally friendly development principles and the LEED certification requirements. The investor plans to obtain a Certificate LEED Platinum for all office and retail buildings.
