Vastint Netherlands has entered into a lease with Smelt Werving & Selectie B.V. for approx. 700 m² of office space in the Amaliawolde building in Baarn.

Vastint Netherlands has also let around 600 m2 of office space in the adjacent Hoogwolde building to Marcommit.

Amaliawolde and Hoogwolde

The buildings are both situated at a superb location, directly opposite the authentic railway station of Baarn, on the edge of woodlands and surrounded by imposing residences and office villas. Its park-like setting has an up-market appearance. LVMH Group, Universal and Senior Publications Nederland are among the businesses located in the immediate vicinity.

The buildings are extremely easy to reach, not only by public transport but also by car. Major roads to Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Utrecht are just five minutes away. The centre of Baarn is within walking distance, so all the facilities such as a day nursery, various shops, catering establishments and health clubs are within easy reach.

At present only 580 m² of office space in Hoogwolde and approx. 1,780 m2 in Amaliawolde are still available to let.


Amaliawolde accommodates the 700-m2 COEN&co business centre that was completed in 2016. It is possible to lease a fully furnished, independent and professional office unit there with lease terms from one month onwards. All the facilities, such as a large conference room with beamer, lounge and super fast internet are provided and are shared with other interesting businesses. The successful COEN&co is already fully let to various small and medium-sized enterprises, and will therefore undergo an extension in the near future.

Smelt Werving & Selectie

Smelt Werving & Selectie B.V. will move into offices on the 1st floor of Amaliawolde on 1 June this year. The company specializes in strategic recruitment & resourcing for the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices industry, clinical research organizations and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.


Marcommit occupied offices on the 1st floor of Hoogwolde from 1 May this year. For more than 16 years the company has worked on publicizing and promoting the reputation, and above all on the success, of its clients. Its core activities include brand development, claiming opinion leadership, introducing products or services, attracting new talent, generating leads and approaching new target groups.
