The complex will ultimately consist of nine office and retail buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 m². At this stage, six office and service buildings with a total leasable area of approx. 79,000 m² will be built. Construction works commenced in July 2017 and will end in December 2019. The office space was designed to satisfy the tenants’ individual needs with optimum daylight exposure and characterized by flexibility. The area between the buildings is planned as a vast garden with relaxation and work zones, where the tenants can rest and practice sports outdoors. In addition to a restaurant pavilion located in the garden, the complex was designed to comprise a number of additional amenities for tenants, e.g. a medical clinic and a kindergarten. In line with LEED principles, key solutions in the buildings will create comfortable and pleasant working environment for its occupiers and will ensure cost optimization throughout the operation period with simultaneous reduction of adverse impacts on the environment.

Location

Business Garden Wrocław is being developed at Legnicka Street, in the vicinity of the Magnolia shopping and entertainment center and the Mikołajow railway station and close to the city centre.
