Vastint Hospitality has entered into an agreement for lease with Hiscox Europe Services Limited, conditional upon the grant of full planning permission, for the development of a Moxy hotel with around 100 rooms. The site already has outline consent for an hotel and is adjacent to Hiscox’s new flagship office which will be completed later this year and employ 500 staff.
