Palmer Capital has submitted an outline planning application to Milton Keynes council for the development of a hotel on an unoccupied site at the junction of Avebury Boulevard and South Fifth Street. Upon receipt of planning permission, Vastint will acquire the site and develop a Moxy hotel with around 200 rooms.
