Vastint Hospitality has entered into an agreement to acquire a hotel site at Milan’s city airport Linate. The plot measures 4,815 sqm and allows for a hotel with 200 keys. After Milan-Malpensa, this will be the second Moxy location in Italian’s capital of fashion and design. The site is located in walking distance to the airport and benefits from excellent accessibility via public transport – currently there are works undergoing for a Metro station close to the future Moxy Hotel. This will enable guests to go to Piazza Duomo directly, using the M4 line. Milan Linate Airport, the second largest airport of Italy (after Malpensa), accounted 9.69m passengers in 2015.
