Moxy Stuttgart Feuerbach achieved LEED Platinum

Vastint Hospitality’s Moxy Stuttgart Feuerbach has been awarded LEED Platinum.

The 238-room hotel is located at Wiener Platz in Stuttgart-Feuerbach and opened its doors September 2021.

Moxy Stuttgart-Feuerbach can be described as a modern, business-focused, and tech-enhanced hotel, providing a great base for visitors to take some rest after a day of work.

The hotel provides three meeting rooms that can be reserved upon arrival, containing all necessities for a productive meeting or business event. The open lounge area is featured with a big community table, making it easy to socialize. A 24/7 food & beverage station can also be found in the communal area. A fitness center with a great view is built on the top floor of the hotel, overlooking the city.

Among many other amenities, the hotel offers on-site parking space for cars as well.

All 238 rooms are stylishly designed with well-appointed functional spaces. All rooms are equipped with 42-inch flat-screen televisions full HD and a high-quality sound system. The motion-activated LED guidelight below the bed and panels add to the ambiance.

The hotel is now certified as LEED Platinum, the highest possible achievement in the prestigious building program. This makes Moxy Hotels an eco-conscious choice in Stuttgart for travellers visiting Germany.

LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. LEED certification provides independent verification of a building’s green features, allowing for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy, cost-effective buildings. LEED is the triple bottom line in action, benefiting people, planet and profit.
