Vastint is delighted to have been granted planning permission for the development of a 118 room Moxy hotel on The Stonebow in York city centre.
The site sits between the Black Swan, a pub dating back to the early 1400’s and Hiscox Insurance’s new regional office which opened in 2016, the Moxy reflects both the historic and modern architecture surrounding it in its design.
Construction is planned to begin in the summer.
