On 20 July the London Borough of Newham has approved the planning permission for the 7 storey, 164 bed, Moxy Hotel which is located next to the Excel Centre and close to London City Airport. Planning permission has been approved via a Section 73 decision. As enabling works has been started we expect to start the construction of the foundation by the end of September 2015.
