Vastint Hospitality has acquired a site in Dortmund to develop two hotels. The building application for a Moxy and a Residence Inn with in total 13,500 sqm has been submitted already. The site is located next to the iconic “Dortmunder U”, a former brewery and today a well-known center for art and creativity. The city center with its main shopping streets, railway station and the German Football Museum are all in walking distance.
