The subject site is located at Chmielna/Spichrzowa, right opposite of the Austrian consulate, and a five minutes’ walk from the entrance to the pedestrian area of the old town. All major tourist attractions of Gdansk, such as the Marine Museum, The Philharmonic, Shakespeare Theatre, Dlugi Trag Street as well as St. Mary’s church can be reached easily by walking. The site allows for 144 rooms over six floors. There are plenty of lively bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
