Vastint Hospitality has entered into four lease agreements for its MOXY hotel developments in York (Stonebow), Edinburgh Airport, Bristol and Ludwigshafen. These projects will increase the MOXY pipeline by another 700 rooms. Nordic Hospitality AS has signed for a duration of 30 years and will operate under a franchise agreement with Marriott. VASTINT Hospitality is building up a portfolio of min. 50 MOXY hotels within the next 5 years. To date, there are 25 projects under development.
