We recently completed the purchase of a freehold site in the San Teodoro district of Genoa, Italy where we intend to develop a new MOXY hotel of at least 150 bedrooms. The site is in a prominent position at the west end of the historic centre close to the main train station overlooking the harbour. We are currently in the process of appointing the professional team to determine the best option for development and to seek all building approvals.
