Vastint Hospitality has entered into a lease agreement with German hotel management company Bierwirth & Kluth for its 400-rooms MOXY hotel development at Vienna Airport. Bierwirth & Kluth already operate five hotels in Germany and Austria, amongst others the Courtyard by Marriott Prater/Messe in Vienna and the Renaissance Vienna. The hotel will be situated at a prime location within Vienna Airport City and will provide direct access to the terminals via underground passenger tunnel. The property will feature ca. 14,000 sqm and will be let to the hotel operator for a minimum period of 30 years. Hotel opening is scheduled for 2017.
