Vastint Holding B.V. has established a new division: Vastint Italy. The expansion is a natural step to further ensure the long-term growth of Vastint’s activities.
Vastint Italy is Vastint’s eleventh division, following Vastint Netherlands, Vastint Belgium, Vastint Poland, Vastint Lithuania, Vastint Latvia, Vastint Romania, Vastint UK, Vastint Hospitality, Vastint France and Hotel Co 51.
Vastint Italy’s main office will be located in Milan, with Marco Mor as Managing Director, who has been working together with different Vastint divisions for many years.
Vastint is already active in Italy with the 200-room hotel Moxy Milan Linate Airport and the first ever Moxy Hotel worldwide Moxy Milan Malpensa Airport (162 rooms). This hotel opened in September 2014. Planned hotel projects include the Tribute Hotel at Turin Porta Susa, AC Hotel at Genoa Porto, Moxy Hotel at Verona Porta Nuova and Moxy Hotels at Venice Marco Polo Airport and Venice Mestre train station.
Further, the office development Business Garden Milan is under planning. Vastint is constructing Business Gardens all across Europe and Business Garden Milano Santa Giulia will be the first to be developed in Italy.
