The modern and energy-efficient FUTURIS residential building with seven floors and 60 flats is in the quiet centre of Rīga, and it sets an example for sustainable buildings. It was completed in 2012.

The flats on the first floor of the FUTURIS building have a well-lit internal yard with a private garden. Flats on the middle floors of the building have balconies, while the top floor flats boast large terraces. The building is linked to a two-level underground car park. Modern and sustainable solutions were used in this project, and residents have minimal maintenance needs. This is confirmed by the awards that the building has received: 1st place in a competition for the most energy-efficient buildings, 3rd place in a competition for the most sustainable buildings and projects, and 2nd place among new buildings in the 2012 review of the best buildings.

FUTURIS is on Antonijas Street, in the quiet centre of Rīga in the area known as Embassy Row. The neighborhood features pearls of Art Nouveau architecture of European importance.
