Earlier this month, the developer Vastint Latvia registered property rights to a 19-hectare large building area in Ezerparks, Riga.
The property of Vastint Latvia consists of 13 separate land plots, located between Rusova, Ķīšezera, Talejas and Ungura streets, part of the Ezerparks neighbourhood. The headquarters of State Revenue Service and the Ezerparka Nami residential area are in the closest proximity.
Vastint Latvia purchased the property from New Europe Real Estate group. Catella Corporate Finance SIA acted as financial advisor for the deal, while the law firms FORT and Rosenthal provided legal advisory.
Other projects completed by Vastint Latvia in the Quiet Centre of Riga are: a hotel building currently under renovation that will host AC Hotel Riga by Marriott; an A-class office building, Zaļā 1; a modern residential building, FUTURIS; and a new living and working space, Magdelēnas kvartāls, whose first phase saw the completion of two residential buildings. The apartments are currently on sale.
Construction is currently underway on the Business Garden Rīga office campus, whose first phase is due to be completed this spring, as well as on the Lindenholma residential project. Simultaneously, the planning of further phases of Magdelēnas kvartāls, Business Garden Riga and Lindenholma is being carried out.
