On April 20, the building permit for the construction of the multi-level car park at Daibes Street 27, Marupe, was received. The multi-level car park spreading over three floors will offer 453 places for the cars, including 15 car places for disabled people, and 27 places for the motorbikes to serve both Lindenholma residential project residents and office campus Business Garden Rīga tenants and visitors. It’s planned that the construction of the building will start soon.
