In September 2015, Vastint Latvia SIA completed work on external networks and internal roads in the Mārupe project territory, thus completing preparatory work for the construction of the Business Garden Rīga office park and the Lindenholma residential buildings.
During just one year, the company has cleaned up, improved and prepared for construction work on the 13 ha territory that is between Kārļa Ulmaņa Avenue, Lielā and Daibes streets. External networks involve 6.5 km of pipelines (water, sewage, rain runoff, gas and drainage pipelines). 16,000 m2 of territory have been improved, mostly with new paved roads and pathways for pedestrians and bicyclists. More than 1.5 km of land reclamation ditches in neighbouring territories were cleaned up and reconstructed.
The work was done by the RERE 04 RE&RE company with supervision by SIA Aqua-Brambis. The general designer of the project was SIA Depo Projekts.
The territory owned by Vastint along the Kārļa Ulmaņa Avenue will be used to build the Business Garden Rīga office park, with five low-story office buildings with more than 42,000 m2 of floor space. The flexible layout will make it possible to build offices with floor space of as much as 2,700 m2 on each floor. The second part of the territory, which is closer to Daibes Street, will be used for the Lindenholma residential buildings, with 665 flats to be created in three rounds. These will be characteristic apartment buildings with elements of suburban private homes. The office buildings are being designed by SIA Depo Projekts, while the residential buildings are being designed by SIA Didrihsons Arhitekti.
