With the certifications of Business Garden Wroclaw phase II in Poland last week, Vastint has now passed 50 complete LEED certifications.
Amongst those 50, are:
– The first LEED Platinum in three countries: Latvia, Lithuania and Belgium
– The second LEED Platinum hotel in Europe and the first in the Benelux: Courtyard by Marriott Brussels
– The third highest scoring LEED Core and Shell building in the world: Business Garden Bucharest
