Vastint Lithuania’s business centre BC2000 in Vilnius proudly welcomes its newest tenant ‘Piana Vyshnia’.
Piana Vyshnia is a cherry liqueur created in Lviv, in the west of Ukraine. The first Piana Vyshnia bar opened in Lviv in 2015. Until now, Lithuanians had to travel abroad to find such a bar. From this Autumn, they only need to walk to Vilniaus Street.
BC200 is a Business Centre that opened its doors in the year 2000, hence the name.
The building itself makes a perfect fit to the Vilnius downtown area with its delicate combination of both modern technologies and unique, yet classical architectural solutions.
The 8-storey building with an area of 19,000 m² provides 7 stories of modern class A office space, a cozy shopping passage on the ground floor and a spacious 2-storey underground parking.
Foreign embassies and consulates, well-known international and local enterprises have established their head offices here. For additional convenience, START OFFICE service – short term rent of fully-fitted small offices – is available at the centre. The building has been awarded a BREEAM in-use certificate.
BC2000 has an excellent location in the historical and commercial part of Vilnius. The business centre is within a walking distance of many public institutions, commercial organisations, sightseeing, cultural and entertainment objects. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Here, after a busy day in the office, you’ll be able to enjoy a vibrant nightlife of the city. The location is easily accessible by public transport, bike or car. It takes a 15 minute ride to reach Vilnius airport.
