Veeam Software expands its lease with an additional 2.300 m² in Business Garden Bucharest, being the first tenant that moves into the new office buildings developed by Vastint Romania. The company’s plan to expand its team until the end of this year with 50% has created the need to relocate a part of its activity in the Business Garden Bucharest office complex, offering its employees the best option regarding the existing amenities.
Business Garden Bucharest is LEED Platinum pre-certified and the first project with such a green concept in Romania. Business Garden Bucharest is the sixth in a series with the same name developed by Vastint in several cities in Europe. Business Garden Bucharest is located in the Central-Western Bucharest business district, at the junction of Calea Plevnei and Basarab overpass, adjacent to the well-established Carrefour Orhideea Shopping Gallery.
