Continental’s new headquarters in Business Garden Warsaw

Vastint Poland has leased 1,566 m2 of office space in Business Garden Warsaw to Continental Opony Polska, part of Continental Corporation, the  international automotive supplier and tyre manufacturer.

“The change of our office is not only an important milestone in the growth of our company but most of all it aims to create a comfortable and modern working environment for current and future employees. We were looking for space that would offer innovative workplace solutions and advanced technologies supporting teams’ efficiency, enhancing employee engagement and improving their satisfaction. That’s why we have decided to choose Business Garden“ said Dariusz Wójcik, General Manager at Continental Opony Polska.

Continental will move into Business Garden this autumn leaving its current office at Al. Krakowska, which it has occupied for 17 years.

“I am delighted that Continental has joined Business Garden as a tenant. The complex’ strategic location near the city’s major arterial route, proximity of the airport and ample on-site amenities will ensure the future growth of Continental in Poland“ said Anna Szmilewska, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.

The Business Garden Warsaw complex comprises seven buildings totalling 90,000 m2, located at Żwirki and Wigury Street. In addition to the core office and services function, it features also a hotel, a conference centre, a restaurant and a fitness club. The scheme has LEED Platinum certificate.
