Vastint Lithuania has completed the first phase of the second construction stage at Business Garden Vilnius – a new multi-storey car park has been built next to the office buildings. The facility provides 1,118 parking spaces for the convenience of employees and visitors.

The new car park includes spaces for people with disabilities, bicycle storage, motorcycle parking, elevators, and EV charging points with infrastructure designed to allow all spaces to be adapted for electric vehicles in the future.

Employee well-being remains a priority – the building includes changing rooms and showers, while a professional climbing wall is planned nearby to enhance the park’s active lifestyle concept.

“The architectural design of the car park is unique – it resembles an arena, harmoniously fitting into the surrounding urban landscape. The green façade system will gradually allow the building to blend even more naturally into the environment,” says Kęstutis Vedeckis, Managing Director of Vastint Lithuania.
