This summer, Vastint Latvia sold the last available apartment in Lindenholma, thus concluding sales in this phase of the project.
“The last sales transaction in phase one of the Lindenholma quarter has been completed. Considering that the global Vastint Group is currently focusing on growing its portfolio of rental homes, it will be truly interesting to see whether this becomes not only the last transaction in this phase of the project and the entire development, but also the final apartment sale in the history of Vastint Latvia,” says Romāns Astahovs, Managing Director of Vastint Latvia.
Currently, the first phase of the Lindenholma residential quarter comprises 209 apartments of various sizes, including 23 with direct access to the garden and 12 premium-class apartments located in two three-story urban villas. Of these, 90 apartments have been sold and 119 are being rented out. In the next construction phases, the development of a green, car-free environment will continue, with 13 more buildings to be constructed, adding another 457 apartments.
All apartments in Lindenholma are offered with full interior finishing, while rental apartments are available either partially or fully furnished. Residents enjoy access to landscaped car-free courtyards, as well as children’s playgrounds, a sports area, and bicycle parking. Public safety is ensured 24/7 by a security post located in the adjacent Business Garden Riga, also developed, owned and managed by Vastint Latvia.
“We are pleased that all apartments available for purchase in the Lindenholma residential quarter have found their owners. People enjoy living in such a well-organized environment that caters to the needs of every family member. But those who still wish to live in Lindenholma haven’t missed their chance – we also offer various apartments for long-term rent,” notes Property Manager Anna Vaskāne.
Lindenholma is a new residential quarter on the border of Riga and Mārupe, situated in one of Riga’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, between Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve, Malduguņu iela and Daibes iela. Lindenholma’s advantage over other new developments in this part of the city is the refreshing variety of buildings with lush outdoor spaces – 36% of its area is occupied by buildings and 54% is devoted to car-free green parkland. The project combines the efficiency of urban multi-tenement buildings with a suburban vibe and elements of private houses. It was recognized as Latvia’s most energy-efficient residential new-build in 2023.
The authors of all three development phases of the Lindenholma project are the team at SIA Didrihsons Arhitekti, led by Gatis Didrihsons and Ansis Klīdzējs. Vastint Latvia plans to start construction of the second phase within the next two years.
