Vastint Romania has received the award “Leading Green Development & Developer of 2021”, for Business Garden Bucharest, on the 18th of January 2022, during the CIJ Europe Awards 2021.
The award comes as a recognition for Business Garden Bucharest’s remarkable technical specifications, such as 100% fresh air supply, healthy air conditioning and ventilation system, energy-saving electrical equipment and LED lighting, water use reduction technology with rainwater capture and management system, excellent natural light provision and windows that open each 2.7 metre. That all creates a safe and comfortable working environment. The great outdoor spaces complete the project.
Vastint Romania has been a pioneer in the real estate sector. All three buildings in Business Garden Bucharest received LEED Platinum certification in October 2019. With 98 points, building A obtained the third highest LEED Core & Shell score worldwide and second place in Europe, followed closely by the buildings B & C (respectively 96 and 97 points). It is thereby the office project with the highest LEED score in CEE.
