Vastint Poland has signed a lease agreement with a medical clinic and Mitsubishi Electric for Business Garden Poznan. In total, the new tenants have leased 1,600 m2 of office space in the part of the complex managed by Vastint.
Business Garden Poznan, located in the Grunwald district of Poznan at only a few minutes’ drive from the city centre and Poznań-Lawica airport, combines modern office functions with access to a number of facilities for tenants. The complex consists of nine buildings with a total rentable area of 88,000 m2. Similarly to all Vastint’s Business Garden business parks, also the one in Poznan offers its tenants an extensive garden with recreational and outdoor areas. The complex has a kindergarten, a medical facility, a canteen, as well as parking spaces and changing rooms for cyclists and charging stations for electric cars. All buildings are LEED Platinum certified.
The first phase of the property, comprising four buildings on Kolorowa Street, was divested to an investment fund. The owner and manager of the remaining five buildings, delivered as part of the second stage of the investment, is Vastint.
