Vastint Hospitality completed the development of a brand new 179-bedroom Moxy Hotel in Sophia Antipolis, France. Recently the opening was celebrated together with its operator Hotel Co 51.
Moxy Sophia Antipolis is located on the Côte d’Azur. Amid the forests and only 9 kilometres away from Antibes and its harbour, and 20 kilometres away from Nice and its famous Promenade des Anglais. The hotel is situated at the crossing of Route des Lucioles and Route des Dolines and is being locally surrounded by corporate offices and university buildings.
The hotel is developed on a 12,000 m2 plot with a preserved existing nature area. Besides the 179 guestrooms, it offers an outdoor swimming-pool with terrace and outside bar. A “Mediterranean” touch was implemented and mixed into the usual industrial interior design style. As a result Moxy Sophia Antipolis is an inspiring, relaxing, welcoming and modern hotel for all the guests coming to the South of France.
