Vastint Netherlands recently concluded a long-term lease with ‘It’s a Present’ for its trendy gift retail format. Vastint Netherlands also agreed on an addition to the lease with tenant Coolblue Energie. With these two transactions – for a total of 276 m² – the office building Jacob in Utrecht is now fully let.
