On June 12, the topping-out ceremony was held for the second office building at Business Garden Vilnius. Vastint Lithuania, together with the teams of general contractor MITNIJA and structure contractor INHUS, celebrated reaching the highest point by thanking all participants for their contribution in the development of the project.
The first stage of Business Garden Vilnius will consist of two buildings with 42,000 m2 leasable area and an underground parking garage of 13,000 m2. The buildings will offer modern office premises and a wide choice of amenities such as a conference center, Community Forum – a place for informal events and gatherings -, workstations for the tenants of the office park, two restaurants and coffee and book shops.
Both buildings will be surrounded by abundant, green gardens and excellently equipped sports facilities like a basketball court, soccer field, and fitness area. The territory will have an outside amphitheater and barbecue area for the community and neighbors.
In total, Business Garden Vilnius – built on a 6.2 ha large site on Laisvės Avenue – will consist of four office buildings providing 60,000 m2 of office and retail space. The project strives to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification requirements.
