Vastint Latvia is proud to announce that on 21 September 2017, the residential housing project of the first buildings in Magdelēnas kvartāls was named the Best Commercial Object in the category “Most Sustainable Project in Latvia 2017”.
This is the fifth year that The Building Design and Construction Council have held the event in Latvia. Their objective is to find and promote building projects that, through the use of quality materials, value and prioritise economical maintenance costs, maximise ventilation, and are friendly to both human health and the environment.
The first two residential buildings of Magdelēnas kvartāls – with 116 apartments, including seven unique live-work spaces and three commercial spaces – are currently under construction. In total, the quarter will contain 300 residential apartments, 15000 m2 of office space, and 3000 m2 of commercial space and creative workshop space.
Magdelēnas kvartāls will be an open and harmonious place in which to live, work, and relax. A place for a fulfilled life!
