Timpuri Noi Square – Vastint Romania’s first project – reaches an occupancy rate of 90% within the three buildings situated in Bucharest, leasing more than 47.000 m². Since last year tenants like Bolt (formerly Taxify), Allergan, Exiger, Playtika and Streamwide were welcomed.

In May 2018 the occupancy rate of 90% was reached for the first two buildings of in total 33,000 m². Today the 90% occupancy rate relates to three buildings of in total 52,600 m².

Timpuri Noi Square is one of the largest mixed-use project in Romania today. The first phase features three mid-rise office buildings, in combination with commercial and public services, such as Biutiful Downtown and Carnivale Food Market. All integrated in a dynamic and inviting plaza of recreation and fun. A place to gather, to meet and interact, a pleasant place to work and relax.

Upon final completion Timpuri Noi Square will offer 100,000 m² of modern, class A office, and 50,000 m² of residential area, to be ready in the near future.

Timpuri Noi Square provides a welcoming, healthy working indoor environment, by means of a silent air conditioning and ventilation system, thermal comfort control, 3 meter clear floor height and increased natural light provision.

In March 2018 the first two office buildings of Timpuri Noi Square achieved LEED Platinum certification.
