Vastint Belgium has appointed Duchene S.A. as General Contractor for the construction of a new 140 room Moxy Hotel in the city center of Brussels. Works started on site in August 2018 and are foreseen to be completed in the beginning of 2020.
The site is located at the corner of Rue du Prince Albert and Rue de l’Arbre Bénit, just next to Chausse d’Ixelles in the center of Brussels. Which is very close to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Rue Saint-Boniface as well as the retail areas of Toison d’Or and Avenue Louise. Further, the site is only a 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament.
