Vastint Belgium achieved no less than three BREEAM In-use certificates. The buildings Guimard, Froissart and Waterloo Office Park building D all received a Very Good rating.
Froissart
The multifunctional building is located at Froissart Street 123 in Brussels. It consists of commercial spaces on the ground floor and eight upper floors of residential space.
The building is very well located next to the Rond Point Schuman, one of the most important business areas in Brussels, dominated by the European Community and related companies and organizations. This area is served by a metro station within walking distance. In addition, it is close to the motorway network E40 to Namur with access to the ring road of Brussels.
Guimard
This charming office building with very specific architecture was constructed in the 1930’s, and has been completely renovated keeping its original characteristics.
It has an excellent location as well. It is located at Guimard Street 15 in Brussels, a relatively calm street in the expanding Quartier Léopold. Also in the heart of the business centre of Brussels. A metro station is within walking distance and the motorway network is close too
Waterloo Office Park – Building D
Building D is part of a group of about 15 prestigious office buildings, located at the South of Brussels in an exceptional park, the design of which was entrusted to well known landscape gardeners. The height of the buildings is in accordance with the park: a ground floor and two or three floors.
