Vastint Hospitality acquired a 21,500 m2 plot located directly at Hannover Messe’s own railway station, Messebahnhof Laatzen. It has a valid B-Plan and allows for the development of 43,000 m2 of commercial space. Vastint’s plan is to realize a 200-rooms conference hotel at Münchener Strasse in phase I and a mix of offices and parking at a later stage. Hannover Messe is the world’s largest exhibition centre, hosting big events like CEBIT or IAA Nutzfahrzeuge.
