Vastint Hospitality has acquired a site in Bremen to develop a 210 bedroom AC Hotel.
The site is located in the upcoming urban district of Bremen Überseestadt, about 2.5 km to the west of the famous historic old town.
Überseestadt is considered to be one of the largest urban development projects in Germany. It includes the re-development of the former port area into an attractive new city district with offices, residences and shopping.
