Vastint Romania and KRUK Romania have concluded a lease for 4,000 m² of office space in the Timpuri Noi Square mixed use office park, in Bucharest.
KRUK Romania leased these 4,000 m² as a new location for its Bucharest Head Office. Besides Bucharest, more than 600 employees work in the Operational Center in Targoviste and throughout entire Romania, as Field Agents Team supported by five local offices. Two new local offices are planned to open this year.
“People are considered very important at KRUK. That`s why it is crucial for us to be able to offer our employees the best working conditions in a modern and high-standard office space. We are confident Timpuri Noi Square is a work space which perfectly combines open space office areas with recreational places, creating the flow we need to run our daily activity. I believe, that beside the best working conditions, the entire project ensures our team possibilities to relax, eat and have some fun. The easy access to public transportation connections was also an important aspect we took into consideration when concluding the lease”, said Tomasz Ignaczak, General Director of KRUK Romania.
The company is active in the financial sector and specializes in receivables management. It facilitates the repayment of debts with a pro-settlement strategywhich enables the people with debts to get out them in a convenient and optimum manner adjusted to their individual financial situations.
Antoniu Panait, Managing Director at Vastint Romania, notes ”We are happy to welcome the KRUK team in our office park. A company which is employee oriented and puts accent on work-life balance is a success story. Nearby amenities and as little commuting time to work as possible are very important to all of us. Timpuri Noi Square is served by all means of public transport. M1 and M3 metro lines are just few steps from the office park and they directly reach most of the large residential districts. A happy employee is more productive.”
CBRE has contributed to the transaction between the two parties.
Timpuri Noi Square has a planned leasable area of 100,000 m² of office and retail, plus 50,000 m² of residential space. It is the largest mixed-use project in Romania today.
