Vastint Netherlands has recently signed a long-term lease agreement with Pro Warehouse for approximately 900 m² of office space at TreeCity, a modern and sustainable office campus in Amsterdam Southeast. Starting in April 2025, Pro Warehouse will open its new office on the 4th floor of the building ‘The Lawn.’
TreeCity, an office campus consisting of three buildings, offers various strategic advantages, such as excellent accessibility by both car and public transportation, the upcoming area development ‘Hondsrugpark,’ and numerous amenities in the neighborhood.
The campus features a green courtyard where tenants can enjoy peace and space in the midst of a dynamic and developing environment. In the near future, TreeCity will introduce additional services, including a meeting hub, business center, and restaurant, providing space for relaxation in addition to work, contributing to optimal performance from a healthy foundation.
Sustainability plays a central role at TreeCity, with an energy label of A++, a BREEAM In Use Excellent certificate, and connection to an ATES (Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage) system.
