Vastint Netherlands recently signed a long-term lease agreement with WijKopenAutos, which is now located on the third floor of ‘The Lawn’ building in TreeCity, situated at Hullenbergweg 81-135 in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
WijKopenAutos, which had previously rented office space for many years at the Atlas ArenA Amsterdam complex – also part of the Vastint Netherlands portfolio – has decided to relocate to the nearby TreeCity campus.
This location was carefully selected due to several strategic advantages, including excellent accessibility, the planned ‘Hondsrugpark’ area development, and the recent achievement of an A++ energy label for all three buildings.
Currently, the amenities at TreeCity are being further developed, with exciting additions planned for the near future. TreeCity offers WijKopenAutos not only a modern office space but also a sustainable and inspiring work environment.
