Vastint Netherlands recently concluded a long-term lease with its new tenant, Blinqx. From 1 August Blinqx will open its doors at TreeCity, situated on Hullenbergweg 81-135 in Amsterdam Zuidoost
Three of Blinqx’s businesses (Simplicate, BaseNet and Blinqx Verzekering & Hypotheek), currently based in Diemen and Amsterdam, will move to TreeCity.
TreeCity has a number of strategic advantages, such as excellent accessibility by both public transport and car, the mixed-use character of the area and the central garden on the campus. Several facilities will be provided in TreeCity in the near future, such as a meeting hub, business centre and restaurant. Apart from a working environment, the campus provides space for relaxation to help promote optimal performance based on health and wellbeing.
TreeCity offers Blinqx not only a modern office, but also a sustainable working environment. The campus has energy label A++ and a BREEAM In Use Excellent certificate. It will also be connected to a heat and cold storage system.
