Vastint Netherlands has extended its lease agreement with Bergman Clinics, specifically the Eyecare Hospital Amsterdam, for the single-tenant office building located at Hogehilweg 5 in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The lease comprises approximately 2,500 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.

Bergman Clinics has been a tenant at Hogehilweg 5 for over 13 years, offering high-quality eye care in a modern, comfortable and easily accessible environment. This long-term lease extension will take effect on 1 September 2027.

With this lease extension, Bergman Clinics will continue to be part of the dynamic business environment of Amsterdam Zuidoost, an area where healthcare, services, and high-quality facilities come together.
