Vastint Netherlands has sold the Whitepark office complex at Poortweg 2-8 in Delft to Delft Investment and Development B.V. The complex consists of two buildings totalling approx. 17,000 m² and 347 parking spaces. Whitepark is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the A13 motorway and is within walking distance of the centre of Delft.
The distinctive white office complex is situated in a park and was built in 1971, but was completely renovated between 2008 and 2012 according to a design by the architect Wessel Vreugdenhil. The buildings have been given a new façade and the grounds have been redesigned, including the parking spaces. The large windows allow plenty of light to penetrate, making the offices more closely connected with the surrounding green spaces. The renovation of the buildings also improved the sustainability of the buildings at the same time.
