Vastint Poland welcomes MSC Poland to Gdynia Waterfront

MSC Poland Sp. z o.o., which in Poland represents MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA with its headquarters in Geneva, the world’s largest container shipping company, has leased 1,545 m2 of office space in Gdynia Waterfront. MSC Poland will move into its new office in Q4 2024.

Gdynia Waterfront is a modern, multifunctional complex offering a perfect mix of offices, apartments, hotel and conference facilities, services, public buildings and spaces. Situated by the seafront, the complex offers not only stunning views, but also proximity to the city centre and key buildings. Waterfront provides high quality office space and numerous tenant amenities for maximum user comfort and business efficiency. The project is also to undergo LEED certification in recognition of its energy-saving solutions and excellent work environment.

MSC is the global leader. Its new, spacious head office in Gdynia will be designed to enhance employee experience. Waterfront is not only Vastint’s flagship project, but also a new landmark in the city. We are pleased that after an in-depth analysis of the Tricity office market our client decided to lease office space in Waterfront – a unique project in a prime location of Gdynia that perfectly meets MSC’s standards,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.

We are delighted that we managed to sign up such a reputable tenant for office space in Waterfront. This is an unequivocal confirmation of our offer’s attractiveness in terms of both location and infrastructure which ideally supports various business needs. Waterfront is a perfect location for achieving operational excellence while we remain fully committed to providing assistance and flexibility to meet all the needs of our new tenant. We very much look forward to working together and furthering our business relationships,” says Anna Szmilewska, Senior Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.
