Vastint purchases land plots in Poland

Vastint Poland has recently acquired several new sites for development. The first of the plots that have been acquired, with an area exceeding 14 ha, is located at Zwirki i Wigury near the international Chopin airport in Warsaw. On this area Vastint currently plans on developing a primarily commercial project. The second plot with an area of 6.5 ha is located in close vicinity of the Old Town in Gdansk and will mainly be destined for residential and commercial functions.

“The recent acquisition of development sites constitutes an element of our strategy for long-term commitment on the Polish real estate market and secures stable growth of the company’s operations. Regarding the recently acquired sites we will prepare the detailed plans in the next few years. Primarily, we want to focus on the projects we’ve been working on for some time, i.e. the next phases of Gdynia Waterfront and Business Garden Poznan. Within the coming year, we also intend to start two residential projects in Poznan and respectively Gdansk,” says Roger Andersson, Managing Director Vastint Poland.

Vastint has previously implemented several successful office projects, business parks and hotels in major Polish cities. Examples include the Business Garden office parks in Warsaw, Poznan and Wroclaw, which are known for their green areas, connected locations, sustainability solutions and office hospitality concepts.
