Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), member of Erste Group, will move its Romanian headquarter to Business Garden Bucharest in 2020. With 14,000 m² of leased office space, BCR will be the largest tenant of Business Garden Bucharest. The project has recently been delivered and already has an occupancy rate of 65%.
Business Garden Bucharest is an office complex and LEED Platinum pre-certified. It is the first project in Romania with such a green concept. Business Garden Bucharest is located in the Central-Western Bucharest business district, at the junction of Calea Plevnei and Basarab overpass. Adjacent to the well-established Carrefour Orhideea Shopping Gallery. The complex includes three class A office buildings with a total leasable area of almost 43,000 m², with public and commercial services available on the ground floor. The buildings are surrounded by an interior garden that represents 30% of the total area, pedestrian walkways with benches and Wi-Fi facilities for recreational activities. Business Garden Bucharest has a spacious parking, that also includes bike parking, lockers and showers for the cyclists.
Business Garden Bucharest is the sixth in a series with the same name developed by Vastint in several cities in Europe. Besides Business Garden Bucharest Vastint Romania also developed and owns Timpuri Noi Square.
