Vastint Romania announces the signing of a new lease agreement within the Timpuri Noi Square office project with KARL STORZ Endoscopy ROMANIA, a sales subsidiary for the international leader in the field of endoscopy, KARL STORZ. The company will commence its operations starting from the fall of this year in the new leased space within the TN Offices 2 building, with an area of approximately 1,000 m2

The relocation of the company’s headquarters to the TN Offices 2 building within the Timpuri Noi Square project is a testament to the attractiveness and functionality of our office spaces. The new office will provide employees with a modern working environment tailored to their evolving needs and access to a variety of services. The Romanian subsidiary of KARL STORZ provides consultation, sales, and service of KARL STORZ products from specialties of human and veterinary medicine. It aims to continuously expand the use of endoscopy for diagnosis and therapy, as well as to meet the demands of customers and the health care system by supporting courses, workshops, and conferences and by promoting the establishment of training centers.

The Timpuri Noi Square office complex offers 53,000 m² of modern class A office space, LEED PLATINUM certified, 920 parking spaces, and 3,700 m² of integrated commercial space in a dynamic and welcoming market area, located in the immediate vicinity of the Timpuri Noi metro station and with easy access to the city center.

The signing of the contract between KARL STORZ Endoscopia ROMANIA and Vastint Romania has been completed, establishing the transition of the new tenant’s employees to the offices at Timpuri Noi Square at the end of the third quarter of this year. The transaction was professionally mediated by the real estate consultancy company CBRE.

Timpuri Noi Square is a highly architectural project well connected to all other areas of the city, both in terms of public transport and road access. Located in the middle of a densely populated residential area, the Timpuri Noi Square concept has contributed to the rapid development of the local service market and to the increasing interest in office and residential spaces.

The second phase of the development of Timpuri Noi Square will double the commercial area of the mixed-use project TNS, as well as increase by 50% the total area of offices and commercial spaces owned by Vastint Romania, which will reach 150,000 m² including Business Garden Bucharest project.
