Aire Park has been awarded the ‘Disrupter’ accolade at this year’s The Yorkshires. Commercial Real Estate Awards – a recognition that reflects not only the bold vision behind the development but also the substantial impact Aire Park is already having on Leeds and the wider region.

The event, held at Harrogate’s Rudding Park, brought together over 1,000 of Yorkshire’s leading property professionals. More than just a celebration of commercial real estate excellence, the awards evening raised over £307,000 for Yorkshire Children’s Charity, supporting disadvantaged children across the region through life-changing education and wellbeing projects.
