Vastint Netherlands has signed a long-term lease agreement with Element Offices for approximately 2,400 m² of office space at TreeCity, located at Hullenbergweg 81-135 in Amsterdam.

A valuable and functional addition to the campus

Out of the leased space, 540 m² will be developed as the TreeCity Meeting Hub – a shared, modern meeting space for all tenants that will play a central role in daily work life on campus. A place where tenants can meet, brainstorm, network, or simply relax with a good cup of coffee.

The remaining 1,860 m² will be transformed into a full-service business center with flexible office units, suitable for startups, scale-ups, freelancers, and established companies looking for a dynamic working environment.

Element Offices offers more than just office space: these new features enhance the shared use of the campus and strengthen the connection between tenants and the surrounding area.

Both the Meeting Hub and the Business Center are set to open in October 2025.
