Atlas ArenA Amsterdam recently concluded two new leases in the newly renovated Europa building at Hoogoorddreef 11 in Amsterdam Zuidoost. As of 1 March 2022, Xpeng European Holding leases approx. 850 m2 LFA of office space on the second floor. From 1 April 2022, Smartmatic will move into its new offices on the ground floor of the Europa building, leasing approx. 160 m2 LFA.
